In good company: Engaging in the maker movement alongside campus partners

Makerspaces have become increasingly common in academic libraries, but libraries are not alone their enthusiasm for the creative and innovative culture known as maker movement. As more develop makerspaces, so do other campus units universities. This article presents a case study of Indiana University Libraries’ makerspace initiatives role larger network makerspaces on IU Bloomington campus. The author synthesizes examples from several institutions to make recommendations looking contribute at institution.
